One of My favorite sushi places. Great sushi, has couple of vegetarian options. Great service and ambiance. beautiful place inside. Has small parking lot and valet service for dinners. Highly recommended

Yes, the sushi is pricey for Brooklyn — but it is ABSOLUTELY worth it! The sushi is so good it practically melts in your mouth. The special roles are some of the best sushi that I’ve had in Brooklyn.

Fast service and delicious sushi. Had a great time with my wife. Kani salad was great. And such a romantic atmosphere. Valet parking was well appreciated

It's good food good service not crazy expensive. Nice for a date nice environment depending on time you go you should know what to expect.

Go there a couple of times a month. Early dinner special (you have to ask for menu, not given to you). Up to 7PM. Good bargain with a glass of wine. Excellent food. First rate service. Nice ambiance, especially since they did away with electronic music.

Amazing decor and service. It is a little on the pricey side but I’m happy I chose this place for my birthday. The staff was very accommodating and service was exceptional. Sushi and the sashimi were fresh and melt-in-your-mouth. I’ll be going back for sure.

The food is barely mediocre including its presentation. The pan fried gyoza are strangely served on top of a plastic leaf which highlights that it’s oily which kills the feeling of good flavor. I first ordered chicken teriyaki and it is grilled chicken and they just pour some teriyaki sauce on it. I cannot overestimate how sub-par that is. The chicken was inedible because it was rubbery and tough on top of the fact that it wasn’t even dressed in salt and pepper (I had to sent it back). I ordered the salmon instead which was mediocre it was hardly salted and I think it’s a big piece of salmon they use for sushi. The ambiance and decor is amazing and makes it a sort of pleasant experience. Another positive is that the servers are attentive and pleasant.

Food was good. A bit pricey. The seafood bisque was filled with seafood but extremely salty which ruined the appetizer for me. The fried calamari was okay. Again the dip it came with was salty. Chilean sea bass was cooked to perfection though not much in the way of vegetables. The mango cheesecake was yummy.

Absolute best New Year’s I’ve ever had

I simply love their dishes. I always get fantastic service there. The place is neat and the staff members are always kind. Will visit here again.

Pretty good fresh shashimi. I work close by so this place is ideal to take clients or sponsors for lunch or dinner. The decor is so nice. The service was superb. I definitely recommend this place if you haven't tried it yet.

Great place to eat if you are craving Japanese food. Everything was well seasoned and prepared. Great prices. They also have a great pre fixed menu for Brunch and early dinner. I would recommend making reservations if you are going in the late evening. However I would highly recommend this place. The staff was very warm and welcoming. There are so much options to select when looking at the menu you can't go wrong.

One star because the restaurant has acted like they own the entire block & this has only gotten worse during Covid

Great food but service not so great. My order was wrong which was a first. Asked for eel roll but given crab instead. Also 2/3 time I ask for extra wasabi, they fail to do so, instead they only give a dab and extra soy sauce.

Beautiful atmosphere, good music and the food and drinks are great. I go back here often. The Roasted duck, American dream roll, Alaskan King Crab & Coconut Macadamia Shrimp are some of my favorites here. They make an awesome sangria as well.

Restaurant is clean, has valet and easy to get in even if you don't have any prior table bookings set, food experience was okay, sushi had too many sauces you get lost with flavors shrimp rolls tasted like they were fried earlier in the day and rolled in a sushi didn't have that fresh crunch to it, seaweed salad was good, besides the above a good sushi spot when in Brooklyn.

Fushimi is the best Sushi fusion restaurant in Brooklyn. The decor has changed as much as the menu and every change is a hit. Renovations are excellent and so is the service. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Simon is the best.

The food at Fushimi is excellent. They have a very clean and upscale atmosphere with professional staff. It’s a great place for a fancy dinner date as the food is sure to impress. They are definitely the most expensive Japanese restaurant in Bay Ridge but it’s easy to see why once you eat there. The food they serve, both sushi and kitchen entrees are of superb quality.

I dine in this place a lot! This is my favorite place to dine. I visit this spot many times. The food is excellent, the workers are polite and the rates are fair. I enjoy going in this place for a decent supper.

Very pricey. Small portions. Nothing to rave about. Typical upscale place in bay ridge area. It’s usually busy, so there is expected wait time for orders and drinks. Otherwise it’s quite fancy in terms of decor and is more about nightlife than serving good.

Good Asian food. Well prepared and presented. Make reservations on popular nights, they get busy.Every time go with friends, weshut it down. Yet there is never a rush for the check or the door.

The place has plenty of seats and tables. It is also near the public transportation. Both drink and food were great and the prices were reasonable. The staffs were friendly too.

Food was excellent, service very good. They are handling the outside dining experience very well - I actually enjoyed it more than sitting inside in the dining room. It was both beautiful and functional...

The food is great but the employees at this restaurant are extremely rude. You call to place an order and they give you such attitude like they doing you a favor . Horrible staff

I came here on a weekday for their lunch special. Their 5 course lunch prix fixe is $18 per person. I picked the sushi bar prix fixe. Everything from the appetizer to the dessert was great. I had the vegetable clear soup and the seaweed salad. The third course was a daily appetizer. They gave me salad. I chose 3 sushi rolls as my “main.” Finished off the meal with chocolate ice cream. So good! Service was great, no complaints. Decor is nice too. Only thing I regret not doing was ordering a soda because unlimited soft drinks was part of the deal.

This very good Asian fusion restaurant. Very classy and upscale. The food is delicious and presentation quite creative. They do have their own parking lot which is a big kind of deal in Bay Ridge. So if you in Brooklyn and not in the mood to drive to the city, but would like to experience the same quality restaurant locally, this place is for you.

Cant say it's bad or good. I just personally cant deal with all the lights and footwork. I had complete sensory overload. But my family enjoyed it and by sounds of it, the patrons did too. 5 stars because my family loved it. They were served pretty good. I just had to step out because I couldn't handle it
